LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and Pakistan Awami Tehreek have reached an agreement regarding launching an anti-government movement by evolving a joint strategy, sources close to the developments told The News Tribe.
According to the sources, the top leadership of both the parties have accelerated their contacts to firm up a joint strategy regarding their anti-government programmes.
They said that both the parties would formally announce their joint strategy to topple the Sharif government.
It is to be mentioned here that PTI had already announced to march on Islamabad against the alleged large-scale riggings in last year’s general election while PAT led by firebrand cleric Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri was to announce its anti-government programnme to what it said bring about a revolution by toppling existing dispensation.
