CM Shahbaz Sharif visits 10-year-old victim Shahzad in Gujrat

LAHORE: Chief Minister of Punjab, Shahbaz Sharif on Friday visited 10-year-old tortured boy Tabassum Shahzad in Gujrat, a district of the Pakistan’s Punjab province.

Earlier, Shahzad’s arms were brutally chopped on July 21 by the Gulam Mustafa, son of a landlord over petty dispute, reports.

CM Shahbaz took notice of the dreadful incident and sought a report from the Gujrat police and the district administration.

According to reports, CM suspended the Additional Sub-Inspector Lala Musa, Superintendent of Police Investigation, Station House Officer of the Saddar police station and District Headquarters Hospital (DHQ) Medical Superintendent for their negligence today.

Anti terrorist court Gujrat send the arrested Mustafa on 10-day physical remand, reports said.
