Galle: South African right-handed batsman Faf du Plessis has completed the One-Thousand runs for his Test career in ongoing series against Sri Lanka.
Plessis achieved this milestone in the first day of Galle Test, which he made 80 runs against Sri Lankan bowlers.
Plessis has made so far three centuries and four half-centuries in the Test format while he played 47 one-days and 20 Twenty20 matches.
