Four TTP militants killed in Karachi search operation

KARACHI: Police claimed to have killed four alleged terrorists in a residential area near Northern Bypass in Karachi on Wednesday.

Police said the terrorists were killed during exchange of fire during search operation in the area.

SSP Malir, Rao Anwar has claimed that militants, who were killed in the encounter, belong to banned outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

Police recovered Kalashnikov, TT pistol and a large number of bullets during the search operation.
