Japan, Cote D’Ivoire pulled out from World Cup

BRASILIA: Japan and Cote D’Ivoire have been pulled out after losing their major games on Wednesday (night) against Colombia and Greece in the FIFA World Cup 2014.

Winless Japan lost the last group match with 4-1 against undefeated team Colombia.

Colombia striker Cuadrado put the first goal following penalty-stock in 17 minutes against Japan.

As well as Jackson made two splendid goals and James hit last goal in the end of the match.

Japan forward player Okazaki headed a goal in the last minutes of first-half but unfortunately Japan had weaken its defending position during the match.

On the other side, Ivoire lost its crucial game with 2-1 when the Greece striker Samaras followed the winning penalty in the last 90 minutes.
