KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday ordered Sindh government to submit report regarding continued target killing in the metropolis within 10 days.
The two member bench of SHC heard the petition of extra judicial killings of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) activists.
The Advocate General Sindh Abdul Fateh Malik represented the Sindh government. The court asked the government counsel whether the target killing in the Karachi on the political bases or on sectarian grounds.
The apex court also ordered advocate general Sindh to submit report within 10 days regarding continued target killing in the metropolis and the measures taken by the government to end the menace.
