Lahore: Senator and senior member of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Aitzaz Ahsan on Monday has announced to support Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) demands regarding reforms in Election Commission.
Talking to media, Ahsan said that there is no doubt that rigging had been done in general elections.
He said that the PTI had succeeded to hold a successful show despite hurdles created by Punjab government, adding that he condemned the actions taken by the government.
Ahsan said that Imran Khan demands for the re-counting only on four constituencies be he demanded for 50 constituencies.
He further advised the PTI chairman to improve governance system in Khyber Pukhtunkhwa.
Last night, opposition leader in National Assembly and senior leader of the PPP, Khurshid Shah declared the PTI protest rally as flop show which seemed a division in the PPP section regarding the issue.
