Mumbai: Rajasthan Royal (RR) leg-spinner Pravin Tambe has become the second bowler after achieving the two-ball hit-trick in Twenty20 history.
Tambe crossed hat-trick milestone in the Indian Premier League (IPL 7) against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).
Tambe got the hat-trick in the 16th over. The first delivery adjudged wide as the googly spun enough to beat an advancing Manish Pandey as he was stumped by Sanju Samson.
With his first legal delivery, he got Yusuf Pathan (0) and Ryan ten Doeschate (0) was done in by a flipper.
Before this, one Sri Lankan left-arm seamer Isuru Udana had done the hat-trick during the champion’s league T20 tournament in 2010.
