KARACHI: Due to Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) day of mourning for the four slain activists on today, Karachi Transport Ittehad has announced the closure of all the transport in Sindh on the occasion.
President, All Pakistan Private School Association also announced that all the private school will remain close today in their hand out issued to media.
In the same way, Secretary Board of Secondary Education Karachi, Hoor Mazhar said in press release that practical examination which were due on today, have been cancelled. New dates for the practical examinations would be announced later.
Moreover, Karachi Intermediate Board, Controller Examination, Imran Chishti stated in its press release that all the papers have been cancelled which were to be held on today while new dates for the examinations will be announced afterwards.
According to media mostly all the education institutions of the city have announced closure for today (Friday) due to day of mourning announced by MQM.
