KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) on Friday provided 72-hour ultimatum to the government for the recovery of its missing workers.
In a press conference held at political party’s headquarter ’90’, the MQM leader Farooq Sattar demanded to make inquiry commission in the supervision of Corps Commander Karachi for the extra judicial and brutal killing of their four activists and sympathizers.
The MQM leader emphasized that if their demand would not met they will stage sit-in on National Highway.
He alleged that officials in plain cloth involved in the murder of their activists and they tortured to death their activist barbarically.
He stated that on April 13 two double cabins cars have arrested 15 persons from the snooker club in Scheme 33, of whom six were the MQM activists. He said four tortured riddled dead bodies recovered from Memon Goth and two more activists are still missing.
