Islamabad: A high-level meeting to discuss and review the national security issues and dialogue process with Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) has been continued in the chair Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif here in Islamabad today.
According to reports, the meeting is being attended by Chief of Army Staff (COAS), General Raheel Sharif, Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) chief Lt. Gen. Zaheer-ul-Islam, Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Syed Tariq Fatemi and others.
The reports said that the participants of the meeting will discuss the strategy of ongoing dialogue process with the TTP and also will discuss the post Afghanistan election situation in Pakistan.
The reports further said that the ISI chief and Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar will give briefing to the participants regarding the security situation.
