KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has formed coalition government with Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) on Tuesday in Sindh. And two of MQM party members have taken oath as ministers.
Two senior members of the MQM Rauf Siddiqui and Dr Sagheer Ahmed have taken oath of office as ministers.
Oath ceremony was held at Governor House where both ministers took oaths in front of Governor Sindh.
Rauf Siddiqui has been made Industry and Commerce Minister while Dr Sagheer has been designated as ​​Minister for Health.
Coalition rumours between these two parties were making rounds for several days.
A day earlier, senior leader of Pakistan People’s Party Abdul Qadir Patel had hoped that the MQM could become part of Sindh government. And even Sharjeel Inam Memon and other members of MQM had indicated the same.
