PESHAWAR: An important member of Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) committee, Professor Ibrahim has termed the meeting between the governmetn and the TTP as ‘need of the hour’ to resolve the deadlock situation.
He was said this while talking to media.
Ibrahim said that the TTP committee has been trying to convince both the government and the TTP to continue ceasefire during the dialogue process.
He further said that the TTP has a complaint that their captives have been murdered in the government custody.
The government must take measures to avoid derailment of peace talks, Professor Ibrahim said.
It is pertinent to mention here that two days ago TTP had announced to end in ceasefire due to unsatisfactory response by the government.
