KARACHI: A constitutional petition has been filed against former chief justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Chaudhry in the Supreme Court Karachi registry here on Monday.
The petitioner Iqbal Kazmi viewed in his petition that former CJ used his position and authority illicitly.
The petition stated that that former CJ be tried in under article 6-A of the constitution for abrogation with Pervez Musharraf in the special court.
