LAHORE: Local court in Lahore has quashed an attempted murder case against nine month old child on Saturday.
Police informed the court that the nine month old child Moosa not wanted to police in any case as his name was not registered in an F.I.R.
On the occasion, counsel of Moosa said that the police had raided the house for his arrest which compelled them to get bail from the court.
Hearing both the sides, the court quashed the case against Moosa and issued show cause notice to Station House Office (SHO) over negligence.
