PESHAWAR: Session court of Peshawar on Tuesday has accepted defamation petition against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairman Imran Khan for hearing.
The petition has been filed by Qaumi Watan Party (QWP) provincial assembly member (MPA) Bakht Bedar.
The session court had reserved the decision during the previous hearing of the case after hearing arguments from both the sides.
In its verdict, court accepted defamation petition against Imran khan for hearing and issued notices for both the sides.
Note, that PTI Chairman Imran Khan on charges of corruption sacked the QWP minister Bakht Bedar from the cabinet. Bakht Bedar had filed a compensation claimed of 1 billion rupees.
