DHAKA: Pakistan Women cricket team skipper Sana Mir said that defeat against South Africa in World T20 not able to down the moral of national cricket team, adding that the team would come back in the mega event with best performance.
While giving the interview to media, Mir further said that we would try to reach in the semi-final by showing best performance in the mega event.
“Everyone knows that Bangladesh pitches are more supporting for batsmen, but the Sylhet pitch was totally different from Dhaka; therefore team pacers and spinners could not take any help with the pitch”, she added.
Green Shirts lost its initial match by 44 runs against South Africa at Sylhet Stadium.
Pakistan women team will play the next group match against New Zealand on March 27 at Sylhet Stadium.
