ISLAMABAD: Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar has requested United States to pay due amount of war against terrorism to Pakistan which should have paid earlier.
This demand has been raised during a meeting with US embassy administrator Thomas William in Islamabad.
Dar said that economic conditions of Pakistan have gradually be improved during eight month of the current fiscal year.
The US administrator assured to the Finance Minister that payments will be paid be in few months.
Dar informed him structural reforms started by the present government in last two months, adding that all economic indicators are within expectations and some are above the expectations.
He said nowadays Pakistan foreign reserves were in stable position and boost in the stock market showed trader trust on the government.
US administrator assured the Finance Minister that US continued partnership with Pakistan to establish peace in the region.
