Islamabad: The Government committee for negotiations will go to Akora Khattak today for the meeting with Taliban, media reported.
Irfan Siddiqui, coordinator of Government, said he has no clue about Major(r) Aamir’s separation from the committee.
He said that Government elected representatives will visit Akora Khattak today and they will meet with Taliban committee.
The agenda for today’s meet-up is to listen to their stance and also talk about how the peace procedure will endure between these two parties.
Taliban has recently announced to stop all kind of terrorist activities in Pakistan. In response to which, Government has also stopped any military action against them.
Yesterday (4 March), Islamabad district court was attacked by unidentified men. Initially, there were speculations that Taliban was responsible for it but later another organization, which has no link with Taliban, claimed the responsibility for the suicide attack and firing incident in the court.
