KANDHKOT: Anti terrorism court (ATC) Kandhkot on Saturday has announced much-awaited verdict regarding Wali Baber murder case.
The ATC judge Mushtaq Ahmed Leghari announced the verdict of Wali Baber Murder case.
In its verdict, the court has given death penalty to most wanted Kamran alias Zeshan and Faisal motta and life imprisonment to Faisal Mehmood Nafsiate, Naveed Polka, Muhammad Ali Rizvi and Shahrukh alias Mani.
The court has acquitted one of the alleged Muhammed Shakeel on lack of evidence.
Unknown assailants had murdered journalist Wali Baber in January 13, 2011 near Liaqutabad area of Karachi and succeeded to flee.
