Jammu: An India army soldier of the Rashtriya Rifles has killed his five colleagues at a camp in Manasbal area of Ganderbal district in Jammu and Kashmir late last night and later killed himself.
The incident took place late on Wednesday night.
It is being reported that the Army has constituted a high level court of inquiry into the matter.
Army and paramilitary troops posted in Kashmir and other ‘disturbed’ areas have often complained about adverse working conditions. Factors like long working hours and denial of leave are often blamed for soldiers going berserk.
