Karachi: A 3-day book fair has been kicked off organized by the Study Aid Project (SAP) at Karachi University on Tuesday at Gymnasium.
Speaking on the inauguration ceremony, the Vice Chancellor Karachi University (KU) Dr Mohammad Qaiser said that books have been around for centuries but they were not easily available to the common person.
He added that book are our best companions even better than human beings, some time, because a good book never deceives anyone.
The book fair consists of more than 100 stalls with books on various subjects of Science, Arts and Commerce. 10% to 20% discount is offered on the books to make it affordable for every student.
