Lahore: Two children have been wounded as chemical kite-cord cut their neck in Lahore here on Friday.
According to details, both the children names Naeem, Afzaal got injures in different incidents.
Both the children were taken to MEO hospital where doctors were busy in a treatment.
They are not the first victim of illegal dangerous kite-cord as many children even have been killed in the city..
Despite legal ban on chemical kite-cord, role of the law enforcement agencies is deeply ambiguous on curbing this menace in the city.
