Islamabad: Federal Information Minister, Pervez Rashid on Friday said that the government gave a free advice to former military ruler Pervez Musharraf to present in the court which he refused to accept, but now he compelled to be produced before the court despite support of famous lawyers who taken huge fees from him.
Talking to media here in Islamabad, the Minister said that the Musharraf case was in the court and the government only wanted justice and will not target anyone for personnel differences.
He said that the government could save his millions of rupees if he accepted the government advice.
Regarding the government-Taliban dialogues, he said that the talks was in an initial stage and it will take time to be solved.
The government wants peace in the country and it can do everything to provide peaceful environment to the people of Pakistan, he added.
