KARACHI – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) deputy secretary general Imran Ismail has said that organising Sindh Culture Festival is only an advertising campaign for Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairperson Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
He lamented that Sindh government instead of facilitating the masses is wasting development funds in the name of culture celebration and if the PPP led government had spent the same money in the health and education sectors, it would have helped them in promoting its leadership among the masses.
While talking to the PTI delegation of interior Sindh at party’s media cell here on Saturday, he said if the Sindh government is sincere with the people of Sindh then it should focus in providing relief to the people and stop spending billions of rupees in running Bilawal’s advertising campaign.
Ismail also informed media that at the end of February, PTI would hold a historic meeting in Sukkur to show solidarity with the masses of Sindh’s rural areas and the party’s Sukkur public meeting would become a significant milestone in the politics of Sindh.
