KARACHI: Rangers on Tuesday have expressed strong reservations on major shuffling in Karachi police without consultation.
A high level meeting held at Rangers Headquarter which showed strong reaction to an expected major shuffling in Karachi police without consultation.
According to Rangers spokesperson, it was decided earlier that Sindh government would consult with the Rangers regarding any change in the police till the operation continued in the city.
The spokesperson said that if the changes would be notified without consultation so Rangers will stop the targeted operation.
Ranger’s spokesperson demanded to continue the existing police set up for at least one year to make the targeted operation more successful.
It is also pertinent to mention here that the Sindh Government has taken this major decision by its own and Additional Inspector General (AIG) Shahid Hayat has also serious reservations regarding the shuffling.
