Mobile services are likely to be suspended on 12th Rabi ul Awal in Karachi like all other major events in Pakistan, reported multiple news channels.
According to Rehan Hashmi of Dunya News, there are reports from police and other law enforcement agencies about the possible attack in various areas of Karachi. And that’s why it has been decided to suspend mobile services in the city
Sindh government will make a formal request about suspension of mobile services on 12th of Rabi ul Awal from 7am to 11 pm to Federal government on 10th of Rabi ul Awal, Hashmi added.
Federal government will approve the request as the final decision has already been taken, said Hashmi.
