Lahore: British-Pakistani boxer Amir Khan on Thursday has termed Pakistan as a safe country and said that there was no security issue here.
The 26-year-old Pakistani-origin two-time world champion arrived in Lahore and paid visit to Hazrat Ali Hajweri shrine where he prayed for his success and for the success of other Muslims across the world.
He said that whenever he came to Pakistan he visited Lahore because the city was beautiful and loved the atmosphere.
I love Pakistan and Pakistanis and they are really nice people and I know they also love me, the boxer added.
