PESHAWAR: The ruling political party of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK) province, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has issued new schedule of large-scale sit-ins for NATO supply line blockage in coming 30 days.
Currently, PTI and allies are staging sit-ins on the prominent NATO supply spots en masses since last sixteen days, however, the political joint venture extended the dates of blockage process.
The PTI’s District General Secretary Younus Zaheer Mohmand formally announced the 30-day schedule of sit-ins while the party activists headed by Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Fazal Elahi are now reaching for the event.
According to the schedule, PTI workers from Peshawar would stage sit-ins for 22 days while activists from Nowshera, Mardan, Charsadda and Swabi will be gathered on the specific spots for one day respectively.
It should be mentioned here that PTI’s youth wing and Insaf Students Federation (ISF) members will also participate in the protests.
