Liverpool Luis Suarez scored a hat-trick against Norwich City at Anfield including a goal from 35 yards as his team jumped out to a 3-0 first-half lead over the rivals.
The Uruguayan terrorized the Canaries for three goals in 20 minutes, with his first strike a likely candidate for “Goal of the Year.”
In the 15th minute, Suarez launched a right-footed shot from roughly 35 yards out to put the Reds ahead. The shot seemed to catch goalkeeper John Ruddy and the Norwich defense off guard as the unmarked Suarez lobbed the ball into the Liverpool sky after accepting a friendly bounce.
