ISLAMABAD: The highest electoral board, Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP), has wrote letter to secretary defence and air chief for secure delivery of ballot papers in different parts of the country.
ECP is seeking provision of military plane, C-130, for the delivery of ballot papers in two major cities including Karachi and Islamabad.
It should be mentioned that the Pakistan is going to hold local bodies’ election across its four provinces in coming months.
MI-17 helicopter has been demanded by the electoral board for high-risk areas of Balochistan include Kalat and Makran divisions.
