TOBA TEK SINGH: First ever case of spreading hatred content over Facebook has been registered, says police officials
The was case was registered at Saddar North Police Station of the district on charges of spreading hatred over the largest social networking.
The government has already hinted searching social networking sites to monitor sources of hatred content on internet after the sectarian conflict in Rawalpindi on Friday.
DPO Shehzad said that Saleem, who lives in the district, filed a request that a local person Raza is spreading hatred over Facebook.
The case, first of its kind in the country facing a rise in sharing of biased and hatred content, Â is registered under article 295A of the penal code.
