ISLAMABAD: The Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) chief, Maulana Fazlur-Rehman has strongly condemned the US drone strike in Pakistan but he claimed that the attack will not affect the dialogue process with Taliban.
Maulana Fazlur-Rehman, while talking to media, gave condemnation remarks over recent drone attack in the tribal area of Pakistan during late night hours on October 31.
Fazlur-Rehman said that the drone attacks claimed lives of several innocent persons as well as affect the peace procedures in the country.
While expressing his outrage over US authorities, he said that the super power and its coalition partners are continuously violating international laws by carrying out such attacks.
The JUI chief seemed satisfied over the raising drone issues before the US President Barack Obama during the visit of the Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz.
He said that the attacks would not be stopped in one meeting while the development gave a new dimension to Pakistan’s stance over drone strikes.
JUI chief expressed his believes over the successfulness of dialogues process between the Pakistani government and Taliban as well as he showed agreement for provision of maximum support to the federal authorities.
