PESHAWAR: Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court (CJ-PHC) Justice Dost Muhammad Khan on Thursday has revealed that foreign agencies are threatening the judiciary of Pakistan for completion of their malicious motives.
Revealing the surprising fact in Peshawar High Court (PHC), Justice Dost Muhammad Khan said that judiciary is receiving severe threats from the international spy agencies.
Meanwhile, the CJ said that national spy agencies have been working against judiciary in cahoot with foreign agencies.
He said that the Prime Minister or President are not authorised for releasing prisoners but only the courts.
Justice Dost also questioned the release of a vital Afghan Taliban leader, Mullah Brother, saying under which order he was released.
“What could you expect other than terrorism in a situation when you find tortured bodies of the missing people,” he observed while hearing the Missing Persons Case.
“Supreme Court has clearly framed a judgement over Drone Attacks, but nothing has been done from the government.”
