KARACHI: Awami Muslim League leader Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed puts Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) under heavy criticism on having war of words with one another.
Chairman PTI Imran Khan and PPP’s Bilawal Bhutto Zardari have gone head to head claiming supremacy over one another using social media website Twitter as a tool.
In response Awami Muslim League’s Sheikh Rasheed said that both the respective leaders are befooling public. Having a strong political background, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari termed PTI Chairman Imran Khan as ‘buzdil’ which means coward.
The cricketer turned politician claimed that he is being targeted because he is in favour of banished outfit Taliban. On the other hand, senior leader of PTI, Asad Umar has been giving him tough time through his retaliatory response to PPP Chairman.
However, Sheikh Rasheed said that the fight between PPP and PTI chairmen is a matter of joke for politics. He said that Imran Khan and Bilawal Bhutto must avoid such conflicts and solve it by mutual talks rather than befooling the nation.
Sheikh Rasheed said that the country cannot handle such conflicting statements from both the parties. Those who have been elected in their respective provinces must work to provide relief to their people.
