PATNA: Low intensity blasts sparked panic in BJP’s Hunkar rally as a series of blasts in Patna. The bomb blasts took place in the rally of the opposition leader of India Narendar Modi as reported by The Times of India
According to the Indian media, eight bomb blasts of small intensity reportedly occurred in the whereabouts of Gandhi Maidan, Behar.
As soon as the incident occurred, people were immediately rushed to local medical facility and panic was seen on the faces of everyone.
The bomb exploded in a newly constructed toilet at the railway station of Patna. The venue for Narendar Modi’s rally was Eliphistine cinema hall, Gandhi Maidan, Behar.
Reportedly, 24 persons were injured as a result according to Indian Police. One security personnel was injured while defusing a bomb recovered from the toilet.
