Washington: After AT&T’s HTC One Max, Sprint HTC One Max pass the hurdled of FCC test.
HTC created the HTC One Max after seeing how successful a smartphone can be when the right kind of hardware and software come together into one device consumers will love.
The HTC One’s anodized aluminum unibody case is one of its finest points, so it’s only natural that HTC would dress up the 6-inch HTC One Max in the same case that helped make the smaller smartphone a hit. It has also included other popular features such as BlinkFeed, its UltraPixel camera technology, and its HTC BoomSound dual-stereo speakers.
The Sprint version of the HTC One Max has just passed through the FCC, which means its release can’t be too far away. The HTC One Max features a 5.9-inch 1080 x 1920 Full HD display, runs Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and uses a new version of HTC Sense 5.5. HTC has opted to use a 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor with 2GB of RAM to keep things running smoothly. It’s unclear whether Sprint will offer both the 16GB and 32GB options, or sell only a single model. User will be able to expand storage through the phablet’s microSD expansion slot and the 50GB of free Google Drive space HTC is including.
The device also features an HTC UltraPixel rear camera that can record Full HD video and a 2-megapixel front facing camera. Its wireless connectivity options include 4G LTE radio, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE (low energy), GPS, and NFC. HTC ships the One Max with a non-removable 3,300 mAh battery.
