KARACHI: The province of Sindh has been under the high risk of Dengue including areas of Karachi and Hyderabad. The Government of Sindh is still unable to figure out a way to combat the disease and no proper campaign has been carried out.
The province of Sindh as well as entire Pakistan is currently faced with Dengue attacks and according to the experts 30% cases get reported.
As claimed by Dr. Mansoor Hussain, Special Secretary Health, 16 deaths have been reported from the metropolitan city whereas 2,500 cases have already been reported. On the other hand, The Pakistan Pediatrics Association says that Hyderabad is also in a very bad condition having 2,000 cases reported.
It looks like there is no stopping to this fatal disease as no effective vaccine or medicine has yet been discovered to curb down the affects of Dengue.
Pakistan has not yet been successful to control the affects of Dengue virus and the hospitals throughout the country are over flooded with the reported cases.
