KARACHI: Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC)’s announcement in final moments of upcoming Eid-ul-Adha has given peace breathe to residents of the metropolis who are expecting heavy load shedding during holidays.
KESC officials have announced provision of uninterrupted electricity to the locals of Karachi during the three days of Eid festival going to be celebrated on October 16 (tomorrow).
The metropolis’ largest power providers announced that load shedding would be elimination from October 15 (today) at 8:00 pm till 8:00 am of October 19 (Saturday).
Earlier reports said KESC has not taken firm decision over provision of continuous electricity on upcoming Eid festival going to be celebrating from tomorrow till October 18, sources said.
However, the recent move by the KESC management for facilitating the locals of the metropolis is highly appreciated by the Karachittes.
