KARACHI: An arrested assassin in Karachi revealed that his party leadership gave task to murder 2 senior politicians but he experienced two attacks when failed in targeting the leaders on given time.
A professional target killer, who was arrested during ongoing Karachi operation, accepted for receiving commands from top leadership of a political party to murder two senior leaders, The News reported.
However, the name of political party, target killer and the leaders on hit-list were undisclosed till yet.
The politically affiliated target killer also revealed his experiences before the media for facing two deadly attacks when he failed to accomplish the murder mission on given time against two senior leaders.
According to reports, several target killers and terrorists are currently organised in the metropolis of Pakistan who are specialised in the kind of attacks which provide impression to be done by law enforcement or intelligence agencies, the reports quoted the sources.
The reports claimed that the political party would probably involved in the drama as well in order to sabotage continued targeted operation while the unlawful moves considered as the attempts for weakening agencies’ grip on Karachi’s situation, law enforcement agencies’ officials said.
Some political leaders are also found involved in providing assassination task to different target killers in the metropolis, sources added.
The officials said that an undercover has been made for sabotaging Karachi operation by gaining sympathy on basis of ethnic and linguistic.
