ISLAMABAD: The apex court of the country has nullified the sale agreement of land of about 500 Kanals between Defence Housing Authority (DHA) and Evacuee Trust Property Board (ETPB).
The hearing of the cases has been in the court since the beginning of 2013 with doubts over the deal between the two institutions.
A three member bench headed by the chief justice of Pakistan is hearing the case.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan has further ordered Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to complete investigation into the case and submit the report in the Registrar Office.
