ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has has suspended the membership of ruling party’s Member Provincial Assembly (MPA) Arif Mehmood Gul on Wednesday.
The apex court pronounced the suspension of membership of Pakistan Muslim Leauge Nawaz (PML-N) belonged MPA Arif Mehmood Gul over holding fake degree.
Supreme Court of Pakistan suspends the national assembly membership of Haris Mahmud Gull while hearing the fake degree case and ordered to submit original degree till September 30.
Arif Mehmood Gul was elected from PP-59 constituency from the Samandri area of eastern province of Punjab while his competency was challenged by political opponent, Muhamad Younus.
