PESHAWAR: Chief Justice (CJ) of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said on Saturday the Supreme Court of Pakistan will establish human rights directorate to look after the cases related to human rights in country.
“The directorate will benefit the people,” says CJ Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry while talking to a program in Peshawar, the capital of northwest province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK).
He observed that law should be equal for rich and poor as the society can’t be flourished without the rule of law.
“Dragging poor for years could not be called the justice,” Iftikhar further observed and added that speedy justice should be made for all.
