ISLAMABAD: Indian Broadcasting Corporation, All India Radio, showed agreement over provision of two historical speeches of Muhammad Ali Jinnah to Pakistan’s counterpart, Radio Pakistan.
Indian Ministry of Information and Broadcasting showed flexibility over requests sent by Pakistan’s Broadcasting Corporation for handing over copies of two historical speeches of the Founder of Pakistan, Muhammad Ali Jinnah, to them, local website reported.
According to reports, Director General All India Radio Leeladhar Mandloi said that the Indian Ministry agreed to provide the speech-recordings to Pakistan.
Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation had requested for the recording of the founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah’s famous August 11‚ 1947 address to Pakistan’s Constituent Assembly‚ which he delivered in Karachi.
