KARACHI: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) prominent leader and member provincial assembly Faisal Sabzwari has announced to submit adjournment motion in the lower house over alleged arrestment of hundreds of workers during 3 days.
Faisal Sabzwari was addressing a press conference in MQM’s headquarter located in Karachi, the metropolitan city of Pakistan on Friday.
Sabzwari said that MQM’s top leadership has decided to submit motion in Sindh assembly over detainment of their hundreds of workers by law enforcement authorities during last three days as they are trying to stick terrorist label on his party.
The leader said that sticking terrorist’s label on his party, workers and leaders is equivalent to disrespecting heavy mandate of MQM gained by confidence of billions of voters.
Faisal Sabzwari clarified that the results of May 11 general election and by-election showed public’s utter confidence over Altaf Hussain, leaders and MQM.
He claimed that law enforcement agencies are conducting raids over the party’s offices in the city without any proofs while on the other, gang war members are continuously busy in their terrorists’ activities.
