KARACHI: At least 6 persons have been killed and 3 injured since Wednesday’s night in different incidents of violence in Karachi, the metropolis of Pakistan.
Currently the metropolitan city is facing gruesome disturbances due to target killings and life threats on its citizens while almost 150 different applications and petitions have been filed which may also be available for hearing.
Beside the political and public uprise over the issue, miscreants continued their activities against citizens by killing six persons today and injuring 3 persons.
According to police, assailants gunned down a person near Wireless Gate area located on Shahrah-e-Faisal road while other person were killed in Lines Area by unknown persons.
An injured person from Baldia Town Sector 19, who was admitted in hospital in critical condition, has succumbed to his death, local media reported.
A person was killed by miscreants’ firing near Korangi Crossing while two tortured dead bodies were recovered by police officials from Jamia Milia and Pak Colony areas areas, however, the deceased were shifted to Jinnah.
Moreover, 3 persons were injured in different incidents of targetted attacks in Aram Bagh, Docks and Malir 15 areas of Karachi.
