ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s known television anchor and current affair program host on Aaj TV Nusrat Javed has described the reason behind ”uploading his picture while watching belly dance” during his visit to Nile river in Egypt.
He stated on his program’s official Facebook page that ” the picture that shows me watching a belly dancer while cruising Nile during a visit to Egypt has been posted by none other than myself”.
Nusrat Javed was under criticizm in the section of Pakistan social media after his picture has distributed on social networking sites in the country.
”I wanted the internet Jihadis to not waste time in trying to project me as an immoral person by Photoshopping” said Nusrat Javed in his status update on Saturday.
Mr. Javed also stated his intention behind the uploading of controversial picture as he said ”I am enough to malign and deride my own self. Relax”.
Nusrat Javed is one of the main stream current affir program anchor in Pakistan’s electronic media seen.
He is a co-host of BOLTA PAKISTAN program with Mushtaq Minhas, the program is aired from Pakistan’s capital city Islamabad.
