LAHORE: With the holy month of Ramadan is going to start from Thursday, Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif says ending energy crisis is his top priority.
“All available resources are being mobilized to serve the purpose,” the energetic CM of the eastern province of Punjab said.
He had made promise several times to resolve the load shedding during election campaign of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz. After the winning of PML-N, the pressure is mounting over him to fulfill his promise.
The chief minister has recently visited China and then Qatar to talk investors and governments there to step forward to end the crisis.
“All facilities will be provided to foreign investors in various sectors,” he said while addressing a ceremony in the provincial capital of Lahore.
“Concrete measures will be taken for improvement of energy‚ metro rail and infrastructure sectors,” Radio Pakistan quoted him as saying.
