Washington: Two tech giants Apple and Samsung decided to go head to head in tablets world with their new gadgets.
According to rumors, after the success of its flagship device, Korean giant Samsung Galaxy S4 plans to launch even Large Galaxy Note. Meanwhile, American giant Apple is introducing the most powerful iPad in shape of iPad 5.
Currently, Samsung is leading in the smartphone market for last few years while Apple is eying to regain its previous identity.
Now both competitors Apple and Samsung are emphasising on maintain and regain game in the ‘tablet’ global markets but however, Apple is still considered as the ‘tablet trend maker’ across the globe.
Here are some specifications and features of upcoming devices.
Screen:
According to reports, Samsung is working on 12.2 inch screen with 2560 X 1600 resolution display. Apple’s iPad 5 is expected to come with 9.7 inch screen. If it has the reported display size then it likely that its resolution will be similar to iPad 4, the rumours said.
Operating System:
The new Galaxy will run Android 4.3 while Apple is upgrading towards iOS 7, the new iPad 5 will most likely to come with upgraded operating system.
Camera:
According to rumors we are likely to see 20 megapixel camera in Samsung, if that rumor seems to be true then Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 will have an edge while iPad 5 is expected to have an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera which will improve the quality of tablet.
As far as the above features are concerned, Samsung Galaxy Note 12.2 have an edge on iPad 5 but the ‘quality’ battle doesn’t end here until both devices reach on consumers’ end hence at that moment the perfect decision could be taken to award it as ‘best tablet device’.
