With some of the astonishing features and specs, Samsung’s flagship device Galaxy Note 3 is coming to gadget lover in the third quarter of 2013 likely to give a tough time of Apple iPad Mini 2.
Some experts and analysts believe that despite having so much hype and publicity, the word ‘flagship’ could be applied only to Galaxy Note 3.
Whether its look, or specs or accessories like S Pen, Galaxy Note has proved to be a series which comes with something unique.
A latest tweet by SamMobile, a site run by enthusiasts of Samsung mobile devices, revealed some of specs of the device.
It says that Galaxy Note 3 is likely to come with a 5.99 inch sAMOLED Full HD display, astonishing 13 Megapixel camera, only 8 millimeter thickness and 182 grams weight, 3 GB RAM, LTE enabled. However the processor is not decided yet, Tweet further said.

The release date of Galaxy Note 3 is not clear yet, the device will  be showcased at IFA 2013 in Berlin.
